What to expect at a session

You will remain fully clothed throughout the 40-minute session

(long sleeve top, full-length trousers & socks required, breathable comfortable fabrics are best)

You lay down on the massage table on top off the FLOWpresso suit.

Then I wrap you in it, seperate compartments, feet, legs, torso & arms.

Then I attach the air cables to the suit before the systems air pressure and heat cables are connected to a computerised unit.

I will then set the initial pressure/heat settings, we will run through the entire sequence twice, around 4min. There are compartments/chambers, around your body from feet to arms, nothing around head or neck.

There is also an extra chamber under your shoulder blades, that inflates up into the blades, a feeling of deepening the breath opening the lungs & supporting the heart. Every chamber can be adjusted to your needs, less or more compression, completely tailored specifically to your entire body.

According to your needs & what feels good.

Once the suit starts to inflate, you will experience a squeezing sensation which should feel similar to a good hug, firm but friendly with no discomfort, holding or tension. Next, a gentle heat spreads through the suit that is designed to penetrate your body, not just the surface, to avoid overheating.

I will ensure the settings are totally comfortable for you, before providing an optional eye mask and headphones with relaxing music, this is

to enhance the fully immersive relaxation.

Real YOU time!

At the end of your 40min session the unit automatically stops & beeps 5 times.

I will then unwrap you & your treatment is finished.

I recommend you continue to hydrate well after your session, at minimum a glass of water every hour for 3 hrs.

This will allow greater benefits for your body post Flowpresso.

For optimal results

Clients experience the best results by investing in a series of regular sessions,

rather than taking a one-off approach.

This is because the more often we put the body into a parasympathetic state, the more opportunity it has to reset and repair.

To relearn how to self regulate.

And as we all know, regular relaxation is paramount in maintaining optimal mental health. This is why I recommend at least three sessions,

with a minimum of three days in between sessions.

One session per week is ideal and there is no limit on how many

sessions you can have. Take a look at the available pricing plans, invest in several sessions at once & save. The gift of self care is priceless.

Flowpresso has two treatment modes

Did you know that Flowpresso delivers two

different types of treatments?

The first setting is the main relaxation mode.

Everyone starts out their Flowpresso journey in this mode.

It features a soft compression and deep pressure

that feels like a gentle or firm human hug.

The programmed sequence of three therapies starts at the toes.

It inflates and deflates sequentially as it moves up the body.

The second setting is Sports mode. This features a firmer compression and deep pressure cycle that sequentially inflates from the toes all the way to the shoulder before releasing. Designed to support and improve performance and recovery

for athletes, sport mode is not suitable for everyone.

Talk to your Flowpresso technician to see if this

option is suitable for you.

Both settings deliver the warm and rejuvenating thermo therapy and take you into a deep state of relaxation.

More on the 3 - in - 1 elements
of Flowpresso, Also the NVT chip.

Thermodynamic Heat -

Thermodynamic energy, or heat therapy can help with a variety of health issues. Researchers discovered that when heat was applied to local areas or the whole body, it had a sleep-promoting effect. Flowpresso® utilises thermotherapy in the four primary garment sections to embrace the body with a gentle, healing, warmth, creating a comforting environment that allows the body to finally rest and relax. The Flowpresso® warmth and temperature range are designed to encourage relaxation and sleep, promote circulation, and support an improvement in health and well-being.

Deep pressure therapy -

Deep pressure is generally referred to as a form of tactile sensory input, which is delivered by holding, stroking, hugging, swaddling and squeezing. The technique of Deep Pressure Therapy is often used to calm anxious people – improving their ability to cope. A light touch can be alerting and even agitating to some people, while deep pressure typically has a calming effect on the senses. Flowpresso® applies deep pressure – similar to a hug – to the whole body through each individual chamber, generating a profoundly relaxing effect, allowing the body to calm and release the daily stress of life.

Compression -

Compression technology was first introduced to medicine to treat a variety of ailments, including circulatory conditions. About 25 years ago, compression was adopted for use in sport medicine in an attempt to improve exercise performance and recovery. The cyclic pneumatic compression within Flowpresso® is delivered to different areas of the body, allowing the body to change how it moves.

Compression therapy helps encourage flow within the body and assist with releasing toxins from your system.

NVT therapy -

Flowpresso® utilises vibrational technology to enhance the overall experience and combination of therapies. It delivers a proprietary vibrational frequency, stimulated by the conductivity of body heat. This technology has shown to increase energy flow and circulation within the body, whilst encouraging repair and restoration.
